Poor quality for RECLINER/ROCKER/rocker model #XXXXXXX; SKU XXXXXX; batch XXXXXXXXX. I bought the above chair from Art Van Furniture in ******** MO on or about the month of Mar/Apr 2018. Approx 3 months later the chair was squeaking badly. You could hear the grinding and there were metal shavings on my floor. Art Van sent out a repair man to look at it. The undercarriage needed to be replaced. Art Van could not get an answer from Stzndard Furniture Manufacturer on when a replacement part would be shipped. Art Van agreed to replace the chair. Approximately 1 year later, the exact problem occurred. Art Van says it's out of warranty. I contacted Standard Furniture. They actually sent an email to Art Van asking them to call so they could discuss this issue. Art Van did not call so the problem will not get resolved. Art Van has not responded to my several emails. I called Art Van and requested to speak to a manager. There were several at the office but I could not speak with one. They have a policy to return the call within. 24 hours. Never did get a call back. I asked Standard Furniture what will they do to resolve this issue since they made the product. No response on that email
Desired Outcome
I would like store credit so I can select a different chair. The current chair obviously has issues.

Unfortunately, the emails tied to our business are for employees who are no longer employed here, so we didn't receive these until the case was almost closed.
